What to send
- Vessel name and IMO number.
- Where the vessel will be (shipyard, wharf or other receiving point) and the date.
- Each item with brand, pack size and quantity. Your own requisition format is fine.
- Dietary needs and any certification you require, such as halal.
- The minimum shelf life you accept, and whether alternatives are allowed.
- Who receives the goods, and who approves the quote.

Email the items, quantities, the vessel and where it will be. For repair work, send the job list and the yard.
